Explore the problem as deeply as possible. Understand the users' and businesses' needs, as well as the context and competitors.

Brainstorm as many ideas as possible. Do not be afraid to experiment and try out new ideas. Sketch, create wireframes, build prototypes.

Iterate and improve the product and its performance by using metrics and data, as the design process is never truly finished.
